These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the client ("Client" or "You"), and Innovate Solutions Inc. ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). They outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services. Your acceptance of these Terms occurs when you book a service, confirm a cleaning appointment, or otherwise indicate your agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

Innovate Solutions Inc. provides professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and specialized environments. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Residential Cleaning: Standard, deep, move-in/move-out cleaning.
• Commercial Cleaning: Office spaces, retail establishments, common areas.
• Specialized Cleaning: Post-construction, event clean-up, specific requests.

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning, but specific results may vary depending on the condition of the premises and the type of service booked. We use industry-standard cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please inform us at the time of booking.

3. User Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all booking details, including property size, specific cleaning needs, and contact information, are accurate and up-to-date.
• Access to Premises: Provide our cleaning team with safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• Secure Valuables: Remove or secure any valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our team arrives. We are not responsible for damage to items not secured or removed.
• Pet Management: Ensure pets are secured or removed from the cleaning area for the safety of both our staff and your animals.
• Hazard Disclosure: Inform us of any known hazards, dangerous conditions, or special instructions related to your property.
• Payment: Ensure timely payment for services rendered as per the agreed terms.

4. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Payment

Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Overdue payments may incur late fees as permitted by law. All prices are quoted in USD.

4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost may be applied.
• No-show or refusal of access: The full service cost may be charged.

5. Limitation of Liability

Innovate Solutions Inc. strives for excellence in all services provided. While we take utmost care, accidents can happen. Our liability for any damage to your property caused by our negligence is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of $500 per incident. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage due to faulty installation, or damage to items not properly secured or explicitly excluded from our liability.

In no event shall Innovate Solutions Inc., its employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is re-performance of the service or a partial refund, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Innovate Solutions Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Romania.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
